사려고 했던 콘도 escrow가 깨졌습니다.
서로의 잘못 없이 mutual agreement로 cancel하려고 하는데 escrow에서 buyer한테 escrow cancellation fee를 부담하라고 합니다. 이 비용을 buyer가 부담하는게 맞나요?
이 비용을 내지 않을경우 제 deposit은 어떻게 되나요?
